On September 5, 2019, the official grand opening of our second production site, the Oryol Cheese Factory, took place!
What does it mean to build such a plant practically anew? This is a huge financial investment and a lot of work of many people. Lawyers, financiers, economists, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, builders, the administration of the Oryol region, etc.
And we did the impossible! For 2 years, they turned a dilapidated building into one of the most powerful and modern factories for the production of cheese and butter! Complete reconstruction of the premises, the latest equipment, 150 new jobs – we are ready and have already started making first-class cheeses!
We have grand but realistic plans. The company has already launched the production of semi-hard cheeses, butter and condensed whey. In the near future – the launch of lines for the production of pickled and curd cheeses.
35 tons of semi-hard cheeses per day, 1500 kg of butter per hour – this is the capacity of the new enterprise today.
Products from real milk – the farms of the Oryol, Kursk, Belgorod, Kaluga regions will become suppliers of raw materials for our products. The new workshop for the acceptance and processing of raw materials allows processing 350 tons of milk per day.
Our own laboratory will be the guarantor of the quality and taste of our products. And the most modern equipment in the packaging department will keep the freshness and all the important characteristics of dairy products.
We love and know how to make cheese! Melted, cottage cheese, brine, and now semi-solid!
