We make a "living" product
We use a technology where the top processing temperature is 85 degrees, an approach that keeps cheese alive. In addition, we only use natural raw materials. We do our best to make our cheese the best, tastiest and healthiest.
There is only one institute in Russia that designs technological instructions and recipes. These designs are based on the recipes of classic Soviet products. Of course, since then the food industry has come a long way, and we also focus on the best examples of the international brands of cheese manufacturers. This way, we have created our own exclusive recipe based on traditional Soviet designs, but with the use of new progressive technologies taken into account.
