A musical hello to all lovers of cheese and jazz!
Yekaterinburg has always been a city of music. Festivals, concerts, clubs… And in the summer, music traditionally splashes out on the streets of the city and even outside the city!
“Syrobogatov” has been supporting the suburban jazz festival, which takes place in the village of Syrobogatov, for several years now. Kadnikovo in early July. This year we introduced the guests of the Festival “EverJazz” with an updated line of sweet cheeses “Syrobogatov”. The tastings went off with a bang – fresh forest air and our delicious cheeses did their job. We entertained the guests with contests, games and presented gifts.
Production of Sirobogatov processed cheese uses natural fillings: meat, dried mushrooms, Maasdam cheese extract.
Traditional pasteurization is used in production: the melting temperature of 75-80 degrees Celsius kills harmful bacteria while preserving the beneficial properties of cheese.
This gentle processing makes it possible to preserve the real taste of cheese without adding flavoring and keep the product “alive”; the shelf life, as with all natural products, is no more than six months.
The main ingredients in Sirobogatov processed cheeses are top-quality hard cheese, quark, butter and cream. It is this composition that lends our product its creamy taste that traditionally appeals to Russian consumers.
To obtain the needed plasticky-viscous texture, we use the natural stabilizer: cottage cheese. In production we use almost no casein (dry milk protein), which differentiates our cheeses from those of our main rivals

Sausage cheese is a processed cheese made using special technology.
The foundation of the Sirobogatov sausage cheese are hard and semi-hard cheeses and butter. We add small pieces of ham to the “With Ham” cheese. Our cheese is authentically smoked on alder chips.
Like any other type of cheese, sausage cheese contains beneficial vitamins and microelements. It is delicious on its own, as an appetizer, and in sandwiches. Good for salad and perfect for baking.
Brined cheeses
Brined cheeses are cheeses that are matured and stored in brine, are up to 7% salt, and have no crust. These cheeses are rich in vitamins and microelements and contain large amounts of folic acid and organic amino acids. The Sirobogatov brined cheeses are naturally smoked on wood chips without the addition of liquid smoke. The vacuum packaging does a great job preserving the cheese and prevents the entry of external microorganisms.
These cheeses are good as appetizers and snacks or as an element of a larger dish.

Fietta is an analogue of the famous Feta cheese, as close as possible to the source in composition, taste and structure.
Fietta is a processed product in which animal fats are partially replaced with vegetable fats, which owes to the technology of temperature treatment and is meant to preserve the cheese’s elastic shape in salad.
Ingredients in a product’s composition are never listed randomly. There’s a rule: the first to be listed are the main ingredients, as their share of the overall volume is the biggest. This is why Fietta deserves attention: in its composition, the natural components come first!
In the production of processed cheese “Sirobogatov” natural fillers are used: meat, dried champignons, extract from Maazdam cheese.

Production of quark cheese uses natural quark made by our special order.
This quark has a specific delicate structure (no granules; the structure is whipped) and lacks the acidity characteristic of all types of quark.
The gentle temperature treatment (around 75 degrees) lets us preserve the beneficial properties and tenderness of quark.
Natural fillings: real frayed fig, pears and dried herbs.
Natural ingredients ― carrageenan, seaweed, carob juice ― are used as stabilizer to lend the cheese an elastic structure.

Tan and Ayran, often produced using similar technology, are soft fermented milk drinks diluted with water that can also be used when cooking various dishes. Tan is different from ayran due to the presence of a saline solution.
Tan and Ayran increase muscle activity, facilitate weight loss, inhibit the activity of harmful intestinal bacteria, cleanse the intestines and restore their microflora, helping the body fight many harmful bacteria on its own.
These fermented milk drinks are considered one of the secrets of the long-livers of the Caucasus, who daily consume natural fermented milk products made from fresh milk and sourdough.
Condensed milk
Real condensed milk, like Svezhaya Marka, can only be made from natural milk and sugar. Such condensed milk is not only tasty, but also healthy.
Svezhaya Marka condensed milk is made according to the Russian National Standard and fits all the characteristics of a natural product. Condensed milk is suitable for cooking a variety of dishes, from milk porridges to desserts. Condensed milk with sugar is an excellent addition to traditional hot drinks: tea, coffee, cocoa.
